How Transaction Protection Works

Agrocityhub provides a transaction protection system to reduce risk for both buyers and sellers. This is a facilitation tool — not a licensed escrow service.

Agrocityhub is not a bank, custodian, or licensed escrow provider. Funds are processed via licensed third-party payment providers.

Transaction Flow

Buyer Makes Payment

Payment is processed via licensed third-party payment providers. Funds are temporarily authorized or conditionally restricted — not held in a dedicated account by Agrocityhub.

Seller Fulfills Order

The seller prepares and dispatches the order. Both parties can track progress via the platform.

Buyer Confirms Delivery

Once the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, payment is released to the seller. Auto-release occurs after 3–7 days with no active dispute.

Funds Released

Payment is transferred to the seller via the licensed payment provider. Transaction is complete.

When a Dispute Is Raised

  • The transaction protection system is discretionary and does not create any fiduciary obligation
  • Use of the platform and its protection features is at your own risk
