Agrocityhub is not a bank, custodian, or licensed escrow provider. Funds are processed via licensed third-party payment providers.
Buyer Makes Payment
Payment is processed via licensed third-party payment providers. Funds are temporarily authorized or conditionally restricted — not held in a dedicated account by Agrocityhub.
Seller Fulfills Order
The seller prepares and dispatches the order. Both parties can track progress via the platform.
Buyer Confirms Delivery
Once the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction, payment is released to the seller. Auto-release occurs after 3–7 days with no active dispute.
Funds Released
Payment is transferred to the seller via the licensed payment provider. Transaction is complete.
Agrocityhub acts as a neutral technology facilitator only. Decisions are made in good faith based on submitted evidence and do not override users' legal rights under applicable law.
Failure to raise a dispute within the applicable protection window may result in automatic payment release to the seller and rejection of subsequent claims.
