Submit Dispute
File a dispute with details and evidence within the allowed window. All claims must include verifiable evidence such as photos, videos, and delivery documentation.

Review & Mediation
Agrocityhub reviews submitted evidence from both parties as a neutral technology facilitator. Additional documentation may be requested.

Decision
A resolution is issued based on submitted evidence. Payment release is adjusted or refunded accordingly. Decisions are made in good faith and do not override your legal rights.
